Spaces Available for Hire
We have a range of rooms and areas available for community hire including:
Animal Care Centre: home to a range of animals from tarantulas to a pony. This space is only available for hire under supervision. It is useful as an educational opportunity for school groups or perfect for making your event such as a birthday party stand out. We can even bring some of our smaller animals to you if you can't travel to us. We're happy to visit your centre, event or school with our friendly animals.
Horticulture Base: includes a newly renovated purpose built horticulture centre, greenhouse and community growing space. Fresh produce and plants are available for purchase at certain times in the year. Community members can access the centre free of charge. Click here for more information.
This is the newly renovated specialist sensory area of our building which includes a number of well-equipped rooms. You can hire individual rooms or the area as a whole. Rooms within The Meadows include:
The Daisy Suite & Sunflower Suite: recently refurbished classrooms with track hoisting, adjustable tables and plenty of space
The Poppy Suite: large recently refurbished classroom ideal for Mum & Tots groups.
